In 2019 Chili’s partnered with DoorDash to introduce delivery — ostensibly turning every home in America into a Chili’s. To celebrate that wonderful new reality, we created broadcast, OLV, radio, paid social, and a ‘Chili’s My House’ promotion featuring HGTV’s Bryan Patrick Flynn. The results spoke for themselves, with a 48% increase of off-premise sales at the end of 2019.

Chili’s My House Sweepstakes
To further support the campaign, we created and produced the social sweepstakes “Chili’s My House” with HGTV’s Bryan Patrick Flynn. We promoted it through social channels and using CRM. Over 17,000 Chili’s fans submitted entries within the first 24 hours, but only one could gain the ultimate prize: a complete Chili-fication of their home.
While only one winner could get the full experience, we also made kits to make people’s homes feel more like a Chili’s. Kinda. To get the word out, we created a fake HGTV makeover show “Boxer Upper”, staring two brothers that know how to get the job done right.
